2D Layouts
2D Layouts are “pictures” of a 3D model. These layouts provide crucial information about the project. There are many types of layouts, commonly split into two major categories: Plan Views and Elevation Views.
Plan View
Plan Views are the birds eye view of the project. This what most builders will use during construction. Plan views should have all necessary information for construction within reason. This is where you are going to get the overall shape of the project and is good for markups and planning.
Elevation Views
With elevation views, you will get a view of the side of the structure to show height and build details. Typically, elevation views only show the front and side. Upon request we can provide all 4 elevation views which will give you a fuller view of the structure.
